Morton’s The Steakhouse Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

$10.75 for a glass of bad Pinot Grigio??? Seriously, Cavit Pinot Grigio at a top steakhouse is bad enough, but to charge $10.75 a glass for a bottle that costs $12 in a wine store is an insult. It's no wonder Capital Grill is 2 deep at the bar, and Mortons is empty. The manager needs to address not only the quality of wines by the glass, but also the prices they charge.

BEST manager on the planet. Great bar staff and wait staff. Have eaten here countless times. Always a pleasant and delicious experience. FANTASTIC food! So accommodating.

Well, where to start with this one. So today we got home from work and decided to go for a run. Afterword, I asked my ray of sunshine what she would like for dinner tonight. She immediately replied "Let's get some steak". Being a Friday night @ 6:30, I wasn't sure where we could go. I hit up the Mortons site and they had a 7:30 table open (and a 7:15, and 7:45, I should have known something was up at that point). I book a table, take a shower to get my sweaty man musk under control, and head on out. We are seated immediately at a smaller table (no booth, though 2 were available) but it's not that big a deal. Server comes right over and takes our drink order. Then, they bring over their cart and explain the different cuts of moo-cow. After that, they bring over the menu (vs giving us one when we sat down, kinda weird, but whatever). After perusing the menu, We decide to go the cheap-o route tonight and get their $99 steak and seafood combo. It's not a bad deal. Two each salads, petite filets (8oz...so they say), a choice of seafood dishes (shrimp alexander, crabcake, or bacon wrapped scallops), any sides, and lastly dessert (key lime pie or chocolate lava cake). Not bad for a Benjamin right? Well, that was our second mistake. First the salads. We both got the caesar. The lettuce was a bit wilted, they put way too much dressing on it, and they commited a big faux paux in my book in a nicer establishment....they used grated cheese vs. shaved cheese. That's a no-no for me. So, the salads kinda stunk. Then comes our entrees, and it doesn't get prettier. My shrimp alexander was overcooked and rubbery. Yuck. And, the presentation was also just a bit off. It looked like they just threw the shrimp on the plate instead of actually taking the time to plate the dish. As if the chef just did not care about the product he was serving. Nothing at all like the Morton's downtown. My steak was cooked fine, but the better half's was not. Not cooked the way she asked (medium well, why she would do that to a filet, I dunno, but that's how she likes em) and no flavor at all. The sides were equally as bad. I ordered the mac & cheese (how hard is it to make, I mean really??) which was dry and flavorless. She ordered the baked potato and I think they forgot the baked part. It was undercooked and cold. It just keeps getting better doesn't it. So, we eat our food and move onto dessert. Dessert was probably the best part of the meal, and it was nothing to write home about (yet absolutely OK to yelp about). You could tell it was a pre-prepared dessert vs. a freshly prepared one. We both got the chocolate lava cake, which was more lava than cake. I mean, I cut into it and the melted chocolate just oozed out and didn't stop. Not a horrible dessert by any means, but not what I expected (especially since the one downtown had a creme-brulee that was delicious). And nowhere near as good as the lava cake at Flemings. Just an OK dessert for a less than OK meal. All in all, just a bad experience. You could just sense that the chefs did not care at all about the food they were serving and it showed when it came to the table. Maybe it was because we ordered the cheap "special" vs. the full priced menu, but IMO that should not matter. If you must eat at a Morton's, I would only suggest going to the one on Walnut Street downtown. The experience there was like night and day compared to the King of Prussia location. Now I'm headed back to the "throne" to get rid of some more dinner.

Honestly, I expected so much more from the steaks, considering how much I paid. I mean their food is pretty good, but not worth the price. Their appetizers are amazing, especially the Scallops served with apricot chutney, holy cow were they good, but 2 pieces for $20?? All their appetizers are actually really good, so are their salads, and bread, but their main thing is steaks, and that's where I was disappointed. 2 people, salad, soup, steaks, and dessert, plus tip, $210......never again...

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with the taste of the steaks, esp with the price tag that came along. Service was decent but did not make up for the amount we paid for. We were turned off by the quality of meat and atmosphere. We would not recommend this place to others

My grandmother lives in Warminster which is not far from KOP. She loves steak so I take her by Morton's when I am in town. This was our fourth meal at this location over the past four years and each time it keeps getting better. Service was perfect, with the chef coming out to say hello to her and several staff stopping by as well. I still stand by my statement that Morton's is the most reliable, consistent steakhouse chain in the country, and this location does not let down. From the apps to the desert, our meal was flawless with steaks coming out perfect temperatures, to the spinach remaining hot throughout the meal without tasting scorched. I miss the mac n cheese (I'm promised it's coming back to the menu) and I am just baffled how amateur diners can complain more about reservations and their personal body smells than focus on the food. Anyway, once again Morton's takes top honors in steakhouses. Cheers!

Every time I come here i'm happy with my food. Looking back at my old review i must have had a bad day! This is one of my FAVORITE steakhouses in the area and by far one of the better. Do your self a favor and order off of the 2 people for $99 special! I've been here a few times and each time the food is outstanding and the service is great. I honestly do not understand all the negative complaints of each of the people here. The filet is perfect and the double cut is beautiful for a big guy like me. I also suggest going with a few sides to share. The shrimp alexander appetizer is amazing and the shrimp are large and in charge! Do your self a favor give this place a chance! It's well worth it.

Perfect as always. Great service and food, not certain how anyone can view this location less than perfect. It is expensive but if you are going out for a special event or just want a great meal with attentive service this is the place.

I go to Morton's at least once a year and it's always a good time. It's an expensive time, but to me it's worth the money. Can't go wrong with a lobster cocktail, bacon wrapped scallops , ny strip, and morton's chocolate cake!

This review is just for Power Hour. Service: The service was good. Our waiter did his job. He didn't go above and beyond, but he was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Location: King of Prussia Mall (court). There's an entrance from the mall or you can park around back (near DSW) and walk right in without going through the mall. If you're just going to the bar area, I recommend using the entrance near DSW so you don't have to walk through the dining area. Must Try: Miniature Prime Cheeseburger Trio Summary: I've attended Power Hour twice this week, and had a good experience both times. I'd never been to Morton's before, and I still haven't had a full meal there. But the $5 bar bites were delicious, and the price was just right. The bar area was separate from the dining area and got kind of loud once more people started to arrive, but it did not seem overly crowded. The only down-side to the event is that there are no drink specials. But the $5 Bar Bites were enough to make me come back a 2nd time.

Went here with a couple of friends strictly for their Power Hour and it was great. Morton's Power Hour is from 5 - 6:30 and 9:30 - 11 every weeknight. They have a special Bar Bites menu for just $5 a plate. We enjoyed the petite filet Mignon sandwiches, cheese fries, and a crab, spinach and artichoke dip. They also have mini cheeseburgers, crab cakes, and other things on the Bar Bites menu. Morton's is a fancy high end restaurant and you could see this as soon as you walk in. The dining room is nicely set and the Christmas music is playing. The bar is separated from the dining room which was good because we weren't dressed up for the occasion. The diners were in suits while we were in jeans. The bar is rather small so it got loud when another group of people walked in. You have the choice of sitting at the bar or at tables. Note: There are no specials on drinks during this time.

I've eaten at Morton's power hour twice this week! If they only had drink specials that went along with their food specials, it would be my new happy hour spot. Even though it's been in the KOP mall for a few years now, I've never been to Morton's probably because I can't imagine paying $$$ for steak. But, at power hour from 5-6:30 pm, you can have their food for only $5! So my friends and I ordered their petit filet mignon sandwiches, mini prime rib cheeseburgers, lettuce bites, cheese fries, and their crab, artichoke and spinach dip. I have to say all of its pretty good, but I loved the prime rib cheeseburgers and the dip. I was really impressed that they cut the lettuce into mini circles to fit the cheeseburgers exactly instead of tearing off a piece of lettuce and putting it on them, that's dedication to a slider! Jeff is totally jealous that I've been there twice without him. :)

My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night and I'm sorry to say the recent negative reviews on YELP seem to be accurate. We had been here twice a few years ago and really liked the place so we decided to go back thinking the negative reviews may have not been reflective of the overall experience. Unfortunately, we had a somewhat lousy experience ourselves. The only thing that saved the evening was our waiter, who did everything he could to try and salvage what was very apparently a bad night from the kitchen. However, a waiter can only do so much to try and overshadow noticable food delays and otherwise mediocre food. We had a reservation, but were not seated until about 25 minutes after our reservation time. It took about 20 minutes for bread and water. Appetizers came out lukewarm and after a pretty good delay. Dinner was similar. There are too many other equivalent restaurant options in this area to take a chance wasting a lot of money on an experience that was mediocre at best.

I was extremely dissapointed in Morton's. We paid good money for lousy steaks that were literally burt at the edges. We ordered Medium Rare and Well Done, but got Well Done and Burnt. Our too-expensive asparagus was the only good thing of the evening. A live lobster, left ontop a cart right behind me, fell off the cart and the waitstaff did not seem to care, and no apologies were made. If you want fine dining, going somewhere else might be a better bang for your buck. Infact, I had MUCH better steak at much cheaper establishments!

We've been enjoying Sullivan's lately, and thought we'd switch it up and try Morton's...BIG mistake. It took us this long to try it because I always think it's odd that it's in the mall...just wierds me out. Walking it, I felt like I was going into some secret back room where a steakhouse was hidden. Upon arrival...it was pretty empty...not a good sign at 7:30 on a Friday night. Maitre'D was very friendly, but almost too much so...it felt like an act. It didn't seem genuine. I will say that overall, the service was great, and we were treated very well...(as you expect for this amount of money...) but it all seemed scripted. Side note here: When they bring around all the cuts of meat to show you, they also have a poor, live lobster on the tray. Really turned me off, and made me not hungry at all. So, we get an $80 bottle of wine, which was good...as was the onion bread. We also each order a salad, and I did enjoy the Chopped Veggie salad...light and refreshing. Loved the hearts of palm and artichokes. Then, unfortunately, the entrees come. My Salmon was overcooked, and very mediocre. The Hashbrown side that we ordered to share was WAY too salty (and I like salty things)... The waiter came around and said, "If it's less than perfect, my feelings will be hurt. How is it?" I should have said something, but didn't. We had put in an order for the apple pie when we ordered the entrees...not really sure why that was needed. It was a pretty simple cooked apple dish. Not very flavorful. Overall, an underwhelming experience. Not at all worth the 215.00 price tag. We will not return, and will instead stay outside of the mall at Sullivans.

This place was recommended by a customer I was working with in PA. I'm always in the mood for some good steak so I decided to give it a try. Even though I was in business casual attire, I felt under dressed to say the least. It seems as though a lot of people are more business formal when they come here. When they sit you down, they don't give you the menu immediately which was a little odd to me. They gave us a wine list first which most glasses will be about $15 or more. I decided to order a glass of Shiraz for $15 and it was amazing! It was so flavorful but smooth. ( I tend to hate dry wines) Then the waitress decides to do her presentation. She comes out with this tray with all the cuts of meat including fish. Oh and get this, not only do you have the choice of eating lobster, but the poor thing is on that tray LIVE putting on a show for you. Animal cruelty at its best lol. With much anguish (cause of cost) I decided to go with filet mignon single cut. Since the entree did not come with a side, we also ordered 2 side dishes (mashed potatoes and and mushrooms). For 5 people you would definitely need to order 3 dishes. I thought the filet mignon was delicious. In other restaurants I typically order medium rare hoping they cook it medium since most places will over cook it. This place I'm GLAD I ordered Medium because it was cooked to the T. As for the side dishes, the mashed potatoes were also delicious, but didn't touch the mushrooms since I'm not a fan. The only thing about this place is that it's expensive. I've been to more expensive on my own dime, but this isn't a regular night out place to eat. For a glass of wine, steak, and sharing of the sides I spent $80.

My 100th review... I never thought I would see the day. I spent days wondering if I would ever make it to ROTD rather than even think I would make it to #100. 100 reviews!!!...whew... I finally made it. Seems like such a long time ago that I was nervously writing my first review...now I feel even more nervous...okay hold on to your hats, here it is. I thought that for my 100th time that it should be extra special, you know maybe review one of the best steakhouses in and across the country. I wanted to make it the best it could be by spotlighting a place that claims to be the best of the best... Well you won't be hearing about the best of the best in my review of Morton's. I visited Morton's about 10 years in the city on a client visit. Since I wasn't technically paying for my dinner (thank you corporate card), it was a pretty spectacular experience at the time. Now that I was going to visit this place again and going to be paying my way with my own hard earned money, I was not in a position to compromise any of the important factors in a restaurant: décor, food, price and most importantly, service. I was invited to Morton's in K of P last Thursday with my friend and her husband to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Yeah I know what you are all thinking - I have no life. But it was Morton's and I thought my last experience was pretty good, so why not? So being the good little third wheel that I was, I made my way to the restaurant to partake in the anniversary celebration. The first thought I had as I pulled into the crowded K-of P parking lot around 5pm was "Why would you put a Morton's Steakhouse right smack in the middle of an enormous mall; especially next to a discount shoe store?" I continued, "You are Morton's you should be standing alone --separated from the rest...!!!!" The location seemed quite odd to me. Don't you all think so? Once inside, the restaurant seemed quiet and unassuming. We walked into a dark narrow corridor and entered into the main dining room which was barely lit. The décor seemed stale and not very welcoming or warm at all. As I nestled between the 2 lovebirds in a corner booth, I perused the menu that had been eloquently engraved with a "Happy Anniversary". Awww. I felt out of place. I needed a drink. Where's the waiter? After about 10 minutes, the waiter appeared and right off the bat, I thought he was trying way too hard to earn extra moolah on his tip. Too happy and too pushy- a deadly combination for anyone in the food service business. I ordered a Thyme Lemon Drop Martini but failed to realize that it actually had pieces of really thyme sprinkled on the top of the drink as a garnish. What??!!! Who in their right mind thought to mix thyme with lemons in a martini? yukkk, bleck, ewwwww!!! I asked the waiter what was in the drink. He said it was a "Thyme" Lemon Drop Martini. Okay, thanks Einstein. I get it. I thought he could tell by my tone and the look of terror on my face that I did not like it. Did he offer to take it back? No. Did he offer to get me something different? No. Did he offer to have the bartender make me another one without Beelzebub's spice in it? No... My night was immediately ruined (sigh). The entrees were okay; the meat cooked the way that everyone had ordered; I proactively ordered a raspberry martini to try to wash away the taste of thyme from my mouth about halfway through my meal. So let's summarize, shall we? Décor - 1 star Food - 3 stars Price - 1 star Service - 1 star What started as a pretty crappy experience for a hoity toity restaurant, ended up slightly over mediocre in the end. That is after the wait staff and fellow patrons sung happy anniversary to all three of us as we ogled the candle in the middle of the crème brulee and I made it smack dab in between the happy couple in the souvenir anniversary photo... courtesy of Morton's.... Ah memories.

I was at Mortions last night with some friends for the power hour and the food was good, my favorite has to be the burgers and the chedder fries. I like the look of the restaurant and I would have to say the ONLY time i would eat there is for the power hour. I would like to try the mini crab cakes the next time i go. You can enter from the mall or you can park in the back and walk in. I would recommend anyone to dress very dressy and look presentable when going to Mortions.

Recently came here for the first time for a business luncheon. The interior of the restaurant is charming and has a very classic, fine dining feel to it. The meal started with a very unique and delicious chopped salad that had a little bit of everything in it. It consisted of iceberg & romaine lettuce, hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, bacon, blue cheese, chopped egg, purple onion, tomato and avocado with a dijon vinaigrette. It was tart and delicious. One of the best and most unique salads I've had in a while. Entree was Filet Mignon with bearnaise sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. The Filet was cooked perfectly medium-rare and the bearnaise was well made though very heavy on the tarragon in my opinion. Aside fom the bearnaise the only other complaint I have is with the potatoes. They were very chunky with some skin intact (rustic style) which is fine but they were also a bit bland and grainy instead of being rich and creamy with chunks like I would expect. Dessert was a huge slice of New York style cheesecake. It was very rich and dense and I could hardly finish it the slice was so big. Service the entire meal was outstanding. They clearly make sure that their wait staff acts in a professional and upscale manner. With so many steak houses dotting the landscape anymore you really have to be doing something special to stand out from the crowd. Aside from near perfect waiter service and perfectly cooked steaks there isn't anything unique, new or original going on here, but what Morton's does it does very well.

I went here once with a guy I was dating to meet his parents for dinner. Morton's is a nice place, but it's definitely not somewhere I'd go on my own because it's astronomically expensive. Plus, for the price of the steaks, they should include side dishes. But no, everything is a la carte, which means that you have to shell out and extra $10-20 per side dish on top of your $40+ steak. Seriously, why force people to pay $10 for broccoli to go with their meat? It's not like the broccoli was anything special. Since the guy's parents were paying for dinner, I did my best not to order anything really expensive (but it all was), so I got a steak that came with crab meat and two pieces of asparagus on top, figuring that I wouldn't order any side dishes to keep the bill smaller. Not that it mattered - his dad ordered a bunch of sides and desserts for the table to share. I don't even want to think about how much the total bill was - it probably was more than what I made in a month. Anyway, my steak was good. The sides were okay. The dessert was good. But, honestly, I'd rather save my money by buying a nice fresh steak from the grocery or butcher, some sides, and then cook it at home myself. I like my own cooking better, and it'd be a hell of a lot cheaper. In fact, I think it would be cheaper to buy your own cow.

Loved this place. Food was excellent. My husband got the filet mignon and I got the shrimp scampi. Both were delicious. The steamed broccoli and baked potato pretty much just melts in your mouth. We ended with their chocolate cake that was so warm and full of rich, fudge gooey-ness. Soooo good. The only downsides: wait time was a little longer than we would've liked for our food. Bill was absolutely outrageously priced. And my husband and I find it comical that they valet your car next door to a DSW.

Made my first tip to Morton's this past weekend. Gotta be honest and say I was a little under whelmed. I am going to do something I normally criticize others for but I gotta say it was far too expensive, you're paying more for the name than the food. While I certainly expect to pay more at a high end Steakhouse like Morton's, I just didn't feel like a got my money's worth. I ordered the Porterhouse and while was done exactly the way I like it, it was smallish and the Strip side was tough. For $55 I expected perfection and it wasn't. Side are not bad but again not spectacular. And $10 for a plain old Baked Potato (with some butter and bacon) sort of rubs me the wrong way. Chocolate Lava cake was delicious, but again very small (I like desserts I can share with my dining partner but this was very small). Overall, I only can give it three stars, decent food at extreme prices. I'll probably choose somewhere else next time.

Went for Main Line restaurant week because generally this would be out of price range save a very special occasion, no we know that if there was a very special occasion I would never spend my money here. $40 a person got each person a salad (Cesar or house), entree (6oz filet, chicken or salmon) served with mashed potatoes, potatoes au gratin or veggies and desert chocolate mouse or key lime pie. I am not in contention about the selection- although limited. However I imaged myself paying full price and could not help but think how mad i would have been instead i was underwhelmed and disappointed. The steak was bland with no flavor, the potatoes were over cooked and oily and the desert was just plain average. Service was good, restaurant was clean

If you are looking for a good steak, this is the place! The good is spectacular and the service is great. The filet is always cooked perfect and they have a full bar. The lava cake is just awesome!!

To be fair, I did try to contact the KOP Morton's via email but they do not accept electronic correspondence. Very nice and friendly service but they need proper training. The quality and execution of the food was severely lacking, not considering the premium cost. I feel we were taken advantage of. Read other reviews for specifics. It's all been said by other disappointed people. I noticed, too late, that their yelp listing has "$$$$" for price range but only a 3 star rating. Not classy guys.

Came here for a very special occasion. Our waiter was wonderful! The Manager came over twice, and also was caring, and checked up on us. My kids (16, and 22) had great meals, my wife's shrimp was quite undercooked, so sent back for correction, and my 12 oz fillet was pretty flavorless. I cringe at the thought that I had a much better tasting Filet at the Texas Roadhouse. The tenderloin taco appetizer (I had one from my kids) was amazing - the best part of the whole meal for me. My shrimp appetizer was slimy, quite nasty, so sent back, and replaced. I got the chocolate cake with molten center, which was way, way overcooked to the point of being bone dry. The kitchen scored a big zero from me.......... At least my kids had good meals. The prices here are completely outrageous!! This place used to be my favorite steak house!!! No longer. $64 for a 2 lb. Lobster??? REALLY??? I've been here in the past for very special occasions, but at this point, I'm done. Their prices are absurd, and the food didn't nearly measure up to the price charged. If it was so great that it knocked my socks off, then fine, it is what it is. But it wasn't! Morton's used to be great..........

Too dark, too cramped on the inside. Menu reasonable except the Porterhouse which seems to be their most expensive item. Had a thick Porterhouse. Liked the steak, but not big enough for the $57 I paid. Too much onion bread and butter, not enough meat. Would not eat here again.

Dark, a lot of wood with brass accents, which was beautiful, we were seated in the bar, as part of their dining area? ( we were dressed nice, so I am not sure why.) The bar area was very small and there were four tables side by side and about two feet apart! Our waiter was bar tending as well, they were not real busy at first, but then they started filling up and there went our service. The prices are high, but I expected them to be in comparison with other top end steak houses, however, the food was not wonderful at all. The steak does not even come close to the Brighton Steakhouse or Ruths' Chris. They did not make a believer out of me!

By now everyone should know Morton's is very pricy but great steaks. It is predictable in a good way. Sides are extra and shareable. Comfortable and upscale atmosphere. Kinda odd walking out of this fine restaurant into a fast food area in a mall! Tonight I felt the good service was a bit hovering. I was enjoying our conversation and we got interrupted WAY TOO MANY times. Also, we were PRESSURED to order more food. I did not like that. (We even took our left overs home) ...But our steaks were like "butta!"

Most overrated steakhouse I've ever been to. Inflated prices but yet you do all of the work. The bread comes whole, you have to cut it up yourself, the caesar salad came with full slices of parmasean cheese that you then had to cut up and put back on your salad. I got the double sliced filet and it was just god awful, the inside was cooked the way I ordered it but I think they may have tried to "sear" the outside but left it on the grill too long. The outside tasted burnt, had no flavor and was VERY chewy. I actually ended up cutting the outsides off and just ate the middle. Terrible and EXTREMELY expensive, will never go here again. The only good thing was the mac and cheese and the hash brown.

Paid extremely high prices for an unexceptional meal of steak and mashed potatoes. Could have gotten this in many other places for half the price. Won't go there again. A RIPOFF.

Morton's is the full embodiment of a blue chip restaurant. The valet at attention, holding sentry over a gleaming white Bentley at the front of the cue. A demure hostess in a cocktail dress to guide you to your quiet little corner. Dark fabrics, dimmed lamps shining through smoked glass, and comfortably overstuffed booths line the dining room. This is all useless, and terribly out of place if the steak doesn't hold up. Here, that's not a problem. Top quality, prime beef and an expert grillmaster, my Bone-In Ribeye was cooked perfectly to order (charred hard sear, hot pink center). Steaks all around prepared without flaw, and well matched by a winelist pulled from the pages of the Spectator. The horseradish potato may have been a little strong on the "radish", the onion rings were crisp and delightful. At the end, not even a drop or hint of the house mac and cheese was left in the bowl. Solid steakhouse through and through.

Excellent Service! Our waiter, George was excellent! He was very friendly, his recommendations were perfect and he was humorous while maintaining his professionalism. When I return I will definitely request to be seated in his area. One of the staff members even took my picture and gave it to me inside of a Morton's Birthday Card. That was the icing on my bday cake! The ambiance was great, the food was delicious and the staff was superb.

Service was impeccable, food was cooked perfect, wine and beer were great. It's nice when the general manager comes over to your table to see if you need anything and helps clean off your table. After every course they bring you new silverware, even if you haven't used it. This was very well run, the chef knows how to cook meat! I definitely suggest the 24oz porterhouse...... Mmmmmmm can't describe it. The sautéed broccoli florets were perfect as well. I would recommend Morton's to everyone.

Overpriced, sub par food. The same steak is $10 cheaper at other steakhouses literally within a stone's throw of this place. Not worth it!

Outstanding!!!!! Looove this place!!! You'll be spending a few hundred dollars as a couple but it's well worth it!!! We come at least twice a month and everytime is just a good as the last time or better! Definitely a place to enjoy!

Two People = $309 with tip. Two steaks, Two sides dishes total, 6 drinks and we split dessert. I've ate at a lot of great steak houses and none have commanded a price like this and that didn't deserve it. This place wasn't worth it at all. The food was good and the service was fair at most. But I fully believe you don't broil a steak and YOU NEVER serve a guest potatoes that are under cooked. Not for this price. With the prices they are commanding I am demanding perfection.

I have been a long fan of Mortons. This has been my go to place for business dinners all over the world. The one great part of Mortons was the consistent good to great food. The wait staff has always been great and continues to be top notch. I have traveled the world and visited every Mortons outside the U.S. And the majority within the U.S. The consistent great to good food was the reason to continue to visit Mortons world wide. I am hoping with the new management at the KOP restaurant things start to change for the better. If it was not for the great service I would give up on Mortons in general. If Mortons management is reading this they should see by the decline in presidential member attendance that things are going down hill. The food has started to decline over the past year to year and half. We can start at the salads which seem to be sloppy and not crisp. The chop use to be my favorite with great ingredients and flavor. Unfortunately they have changed the chop salad by removing some of the key ingredients such as heats of palm and avocado. You wouldn't know it has changed as the menu doesn't make note of the change. Moving to the steaks the actual quality of the meat is still fairly high but seasoning is starting to increase. The measure of any great steak house is the need not to pour on the seasoning to make up for the lack of cooking skills in the kitchen or quality of the meat. The steak I had this evening was so salty and the past few visits have been the same with over salted meats. Mortons use to be a solid 4 star place which situated it above Ruth Chris and other sup par steak house and just below ultra high end places like Peter Luger in Brooklyn. The one decisive note in the restaurant that clearly shows how the food is slipping is the wait staffs consistent need to apologize. We were at dinner from 8:45 to just past 10:30 and heard the wait staff apologize over nine times. I should also say there was only a dozen tables in the restaurant with customers during this time. The new manager Jay introduced himself and gives me hope that things will turn around. I didn't complain to Jay directly as I am not one of those people and don't want to get comped food. I just want one of my favorite go to places to get back to what it was. The place that was good enough that I would consistently visit once to twice a week.

Always dine at Morton's when in Philly (KOP), and always at the bar with Damon. Damon is the best bartender in all my traveling. He never fails to remember me and what I order, amazing. It's not only me, but almost every customer that sits at the bar. He is cool!!!!! Christopher, the GM, runs a great steak house. He is great with staff and guest. Today, he is wearing a chef coat and grilling with the boys in the kitchen. Love to see that in a GM. He does it all. Today, I am having a couple of glasses of wine and my usual, strip steak. Always cooked perfect, and always one of the best steaks I eat. Great evening to a very long day in Philly.

This was my first time ever going to a Morton's, and will be my last. The quality of the food and experience don't measure up to its reputation or the price. With the price they're demanding, one would expect exceptional taste and perfect execution, but neither was delivered. The staff needs training on proper etiquette and hygiene. Here's what happened: my friends and I arrived at the restaurant without a reservation at around 8:30pm on a Saturday. The hostess couldn't find a table so she brought a man in a suit to seat us at the bar/lounge area- which was fine since we were just happy to not have to wait. We sat at a table without menus, table mats, or silverware for a few minutes and the bartender/waitress came to ask what we wanted to order... um. Hello. Without a menu, how could we know what to order? She brought us only the dinner menu, no drinks or anything. I didn't bother to ask anymore at this point. After a 10 min wait or so, she came up to take our order, and that was the last time she ever appeared at our table. We ordered Crab Cake appetizer, 12oz Center Cut Filet, Beef short ribs with sea scallops, Chicago style bone-in ribeye and Chicken Christopher. We didn't order side dishes, figured we had ordered enough food for 3 people. As we waited, and because our table had a direct view of the open kitchen, we couldn't help but observe the hustle and bustle of the kitchen area. We noticed- to our surprise- that the food expo kept using her bare hands to pick up Filet steaks on the plate and putting them down, and NOT in a plate-arranging kind of way. She then wiped her hand on the back and side of her black pants (no napkin or aprons), and then proceeded to touch other food items. We were all appalled at this and called the man in the suit over. He kept explaining that it was her job to expedite food out of the kitchen and it's normal to touch food as she arranged the plates. But I know what food expos do as I've worked in upscale restaurants before, and they certainly should NOT have done what this lady was doing. We even filmed her and several other servers who also were touching food on the plates with their bare hands. It would've been more understandable if they were just messing with the garnishes that probably no one would eat, but it's entirely different to be repeated touching food that's going into someone's mouth! That kind of behavior and lack of professionalism just aren't acceptable at a restaurant like this. The food was mediocre at best- I've had better steaks at other national steakhouse chains and independent restaurants all over in the area. We had to send the $58 Filet back because it wasn't cooked right, and when it finally came back, the au jus was all gone and the steak was the driest and flavorless thing I've ever tasted. The beef short rib was delicious, but it came with sour-tasting mash potatoes on the side. Not sure why mash potatoes were sour, but it tasted like someone put too much vinegar in it. The Bone-in ribeye was seasoned well, and was probably the best dish out of the 4. The chicken christopher was way too creamy and buttery, but had nice crispy finish. The manager did come over a couple of times to make sure we didn't have any other concerns. Our waitress from the beginning completely disappeared, and I had to wave down someone else to get refills of our drinks. Clearly, we won't be going back to waste money again.

Went here tonight for an early Father's Day celebration. Had not been to this location in several years, but was looking forward to it. We started off with French Onion soup and the Buratta Salad, the French Onion Soup was the best I have ever tasted and the Burrata Salad was very good. For our entrees, three of us shared 2 orders of the Chicago Style Prime Bone-In Ribeye and they were cooked perfectly and tasted great, but our waitress came by 3 times to tell us our entree would be coming out shortly. For sides we ordered Creamed Spinach, "Twice Baked" Au Gratin Potatoes, and Chicago Style Horseradish Mashed Potatoes and this is where the meal went down hill quickly. In spite of being warned how hot the plates were by the server, each one of the sides were cold. So they took the sides back and nuked them instead of giving us fresh ones; as the spinach was overcooked and the twice baked au-gratin were not browned and crusty on top as they would have been if they had been made fresh. This really ruined the experience for us. The manager stopped by to apologize and say that he would make things right, so he removed one of the three failed sides from our bill; certainly not how he should have handled things. The day after, I was contacted by the Manager Jay, he apologized for the issues we experienced and has made things right. I have to give him and Morton's a lot of credit for recognizing that things were not handled properly and correcting them. Its much appreciated and I am confident that my next experience here will be much better.

My favorite chain steakhouse on a national level. They are solid for food quality and prep. The service at Mortons is always very good and friendly. The attention to detail during training pays off for this diners experience. I The dining room itself is nice but lacking. This is the downside to a one size fits all design layout that Mortons and so many other chains suffers from. If not for a sincere attempt to provide 5 star service Mortons KOP would be just another restaurant that charges $11.00 for a drink and $13.50 for a side of mashed. Ill be back to Mortons...

I felt I needed to update my review from earlier in the year. MORTON'S IS BACK!! Great steaks, great service. I've visited Morton's several times over the holiday season and each time it was fantastic. The apps, steaks and desserts are all amazing. My go-to meal consisted of scallops, cajun ribeye steak and key lime pie for dessert. All were absolutely delicious. I'm not sure about the negative reviews. If your meal is poor this place will do everything in its power to make it right. I'm once again a regular at this place. If you have the means, don't drive past this gem at the KOP Court.

I have been going to this Morton's a couple times a year since they opened years ago. There are some nights that have a bit of a miss, like a slightly over cooked steak, but they are usually good. I love their lobster bisque soup and crab appetizer. They used to have the best crab cakes, but they changed them a little bit recently and I do not like them as much as I used to love them... still good. Excellent quality cuts of steak. They make the best hot chocolate cake. It is the best lava cake that I have ever had. Nice friendly service. For an upscale place, you can dress casual and still feel comfortable. The new lay out with the bar no longer separated raises the noise level. Overall, very good. Main negative are the prices as it is very expensive. Expect to pay about $100 per person not including alcohol.

Visited Morton's last Saturday night with my family. I was/am not a huge fan of Morton's, nonetheless, I was willing to go as a guest. When I first walked in, something definitely seemed off. The entry way was empty and the bar looked empty. The main dining room appeared about half full. I didn't get the vibe I get when I walk into other well know steakhouses. i.e. hustle and bustle, etc. I didn't order an appetizer. I ordered Chilean Sea Bass for my main course. It was a nice cut of fish and tasted pretty darn good. Although pricey at $45, Chilean Sea Bass is very expensive per pound and plus it was topped with lump crabmeat which made it more justifiable. It appears as though they only offer one type of pre-dinner bread which is Onion Roll/bread. The appetizers for the rest of the table arrived very quickly into the meal. The entrees did take much more time. My wife's medium well steak arrived medium, but she kept it. My father's crab cake's arrived well done/overcooked. He sent 'em back and they replaced 'em. No problem. I did find it strange that the door next to the restrooms that leads out to the mall didn't have a sign on it letting you know that. Its like a mystery door. A sign would be helpful. We did bring our 4.5 year old son with us. I'm not keen on bringing children to restaurants of this level, but we had no choice. The only item he was really able to order were burger sliders off the bar menu. I did happen to notice other children eating there as well. Maybe they need a kids menu.

In the crowded steak house scene, Morton's King of Prussia delivers. Truly exceptional service, food prepared perfectly and a convenient location. The menu is a little predictable, but the specials usually provide enough variation. It's the service that helps set Morton's apart from other local options. High quality cocktails every time (sorry - don't know the bartender's name) and make sure Earle is your server. They do a good job to make it seem like you're not in the mall, even though you are. Decor is a little dated, but I believe an update is happening soon. I've been to this location with large groups from the office as well as with small gathering of friends and am always impressed.

Yay! I'm a fan! I'd be a bigger fan if the prices weren't so high, but this is one of those "expense account" places that wouldn't exist if people didn't have corporate credit cards. That being said, I go here about once a year for a special occasion. I consider Morton's, Capital Grille, Flemings, Smith and Wollenskys, Sullivans all about the same level of service and food quality. These aren't places you drop in for a quick bite. It took 90 solid minutes for me and my girl to eat on a relatively quiet Sunday night at 6:00. A glass of champagne, but not the stuff from france...sparkling water? 16 bucks...for me...a bottle of Yuengling Lager(from pottsville)...7 bucks...hey, at least the tap water is free! The onion bread is good! Served warm with whipped butter, its quite soft and they offered to bring another when it was gone...but lets not fill up on bread here! We have expensive meat to eat! The salads are BIG...too big if you ask me...13 bucks is about average for a salad...I was able to finish my Center Cut Wedge and really did enjoy the Blue Cheese Dressing they use. My girl got the chopped salad and took half of it home for lunch... For 50$ my crush had the double cut lamb chops...they were cooked perfectly and looked delicious! I went out on a limb from my standard "signature NY strip steak" and got the peppercorn encrusted strip steak for $58...I regretted it, the au poivre was just overpowering...Next time I'll get the signature steak and dust it with pepper myself... Service was OK this trip...Not great for the prices you are paying. Ive eaten at Ben Benson's in NYC where servers hide out of view and monitor your table. They are cleaning up your crumbs, filling your water, and refolding your napkin before you knew you needed it. Service is NOT up to those standards, but the prices are! There was a private party in another room that seemed to tax our servers as my water glass needed filling for a while and there was some lag between courses, particularly for dessert and then a wait for the bill to arrive...it took 90 minutes but could have taken an hour IMHO... So many reviews bagging the place because its in the KOP Mall...It's one of the nicest malls on the planet and Sullivans sits on a pad on Mall property! It's not like it's in the food court with Taco Bell! Who cares if they put it in the Mall? Its a high end mall and a high end place and you can tell when you walk in. I booked on open table and listed the occasion as our anniversary...We had several managers\servers come by and wish us the best, and they also printed Happy Anniversary on our menus...nice touch! The server also comped one of our desserts for the occasion. Our food was excellent, even if I wasn't that pleased about my choice of steak. Our Hot Chocolate Cakes were slightly overdone, but still delicious. Side of horseradish mashed was fantastic! Also of note, there doesn't seem to be a dress code...I'm sure they won't let you in with your wife beater on, but the dress was very casual...Maybe that has something to do with the Mall location, but I like not having to dress to formally for dinner so this is a plus for me! So...If you have money to burn or an expense account, have at it! Otherwise just go on special occasions and let Morton's know its special and they will do their best to make it so!

I received a promotion through an email for a $30 2 pound lobster dinner. My son had just passed an important test and I thought it would be nice to take him for dinner to celebrate. I made a reservation online. Wow, that seemed easy. I subsequently had to call up to change the reservation time and the person on the phone was very pleasant and efficient. We arrived on a Friday night and were seated immediately in a nice quiet alcove table. The wait staff was extremely attentive and our water glasses as well as everything else was promptly looked after. The onion bread that is served with whipped butter was warm, fresh and very good. I could have eaten the whole thing. We had Caesar as well as chopped salads, 3 lobsters and brussel sprouts. The lobster comes solo, I was going to order a soup in addition, but I am glad I did not. We had enough food for 4 of us. The salads must have been a huge portion as each was shared by two people and they were very adequate. When we told them we would be sharing they served the salads already divided on plates for each of us. The brussel sprouts were cooked with caramelized onions and bacon. Totally delicious. We each got a bib and proceeded to dissect our creatures. What fun, and a mess. We ordered BROWN butter..... a very nice toned down almost sweet clarified butter. Morton's was very nice to accommodate us. For dessert we split a large piece of carrot cake. I'm so disappointed to say it was just ................sigh....................okay. I wouldn't order it again. The dining experience was actually very nice. It was not busy for a Friday night. The noise level was not overpowering. We were served in a pleasant and attentive manner. The food was good. But overall,,,,,,,,,I don't know if I will be returning soon...

I've only been here a few times and always at lunch for a vendor event. As a result, the menu is very limited, so I've only had their Caesar salad, petite filet, mashed potatoes, and their string beans. The Caesar salad was very good and I loved the big shavings of parmesan cheese on it. The rolls they give you are more of an onion roll and was just OK for me. The filet was very good along with the sides. Service was excellent on both occasions. One of these days, I'll make it over here for dinner on my own.

It took 20 minutes for the waiter to come over and bring us menus. We ordered our meal and it took 30 minutes more to bring our appetizers. Our main meal was then served 30 minutes after the appetizers. The steak was overcooked and came to the table lukewarm. Service was poor and the dinner was way overpriced for the quality of the food this night. A $225 meal per couple should be a much better all around experience.

So my husband and I were both in the mood for some steak after some light shopping inside the mall. So here is my experience... Entering the steakhouse is as is if you're entering a secret club, not a lot of decor but just enough. We were greeted by Christopher who proceeded to seat us. Our waitress came by shortly after and took our beverage order which consisted of Pellegrino, a Morton's Champagne Cocktail, and a Gin & Tonic. Nothing amazing or out of the ordinary. We ordered a wedge salad with thousand island dressing and a caeser salad and a large round of bread that was topped.with onions was brought out to us. So far so good. Entrees........Center Cut Ribeyes, creamed spinach and sauteed Brussels sprouts. Now for being a steakhouse I personally don't feel that the steak was up to par. In my opinion the steak was pretty generic and nothing too memorable, creamed spinach was good but the Brussels sprouts were lackluster. Not enough seasoning on them and there was a textural inconsistency that my husband and I continue to argue about since the sprouts he bit into were overcooked while I had overcooked and perfectly cooked. The plating was generic as well. Your basic run of the mill off white oval plate for the steak and a twig of what I believe to be an herb of some sort but don't quote me on it because I can't be too sure. The desert was the hot chocolate cake which is basically a lava cake along with coffee. The cake was quite good, the center was molten and the outside had a good crust to it...a crust I kind of wish would have been on my steak as well. Our waitress was great, very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I have no complaints about the service what so ever my issue was with the steak and Brussels sprouts. Flavorless and inconsistent. Not sure if my husband or I would return to this location but we are willing to give Morton's another shot, maybe they were just having an off day or maybe this location needs some improvement. Either way for the amount of money spent I personally believe they need to step it up.

Was there for a corporate boondoggle / dog and pony show / freebie. Food was great. Service absolutely the shits. Sorry for the expletive, but there is no other way to describe the service. We had this 40-something male waiter with a real attitude, acting like he was doing us a favor. My filet mignon was really good, cooked just the way I ordered it. Would have been a great night if the service was better. Would I go back? Nahhh. I'll try to find out how other steakhouses work before I spend my money in that establishment.

I went tonight for the power hour happy hour at the bar, I ordered the lettuce wedges salad with lettuce, tomatoes, eggs and bacon. I skipped the blue cheese. The salad was delicious but they could make the lettuce portion larger especially since it is iceberg and not expensive. I had the filet trip and ordered it rare. They were yummy but against kipped lost of the blue cheese sauce. I also ordered the crab cake trip but asked for no buns or sauce. They were yummy small mounts and all crab. I go there often and the bartender is wonderful and does a great job. I do weekdays. At happy hour prices it is affordable and nice food. Service at bar had always been efficient and professional

Dined here on Christmas Eve and it was very nice. Although I was a little thrown off that it was attached to the mall, it proved to be very nice. Our server was on point, she was lovely. There were 5 of us and we all gorged and it was all delicious. To start, the drinks - YES! There was this cucumber mojito type cocktail and I could have bathed in this, fresh and delicious. The Heirloom tomato salad to start was so flavorful. It was nice after I ate basically an entire loaf of their bread as it came right out of the over, YUM! All the meat cuts are shown to you as they verbally explain the menu and specials, even a live lobster, felt so bad for him! I went with the filet and it didn't stand a chance next to me, I almost licked the plate. All the sides are for sharing, the two that stood out to me were the garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed mushrooms. We had the lava chocolate cake for dessert, yup! Overall great experience.

For full disclosure, I didn't walk in with the best of moods. I came during the 4th of July weekend, in the middle of sweltering heat. The combination of the heat and traffic convinced the guests visiting out of town to pass up going to any of the innovative, unique and exotic restaurants of Philadelphia proper, and instead to go to an old standby: Mortons. Don't get me wrong: I love steak. It is absolutely delicious. And to be entirely fair, Mortons does it very, very well. But, in the end, I was mostly unimpressed by the experience. I guess in the end, it really comes down to our experience with the wait staff. Our waiter seemed to take his time getting to us, and when he did it began a comedy of errors: an incorrect drink order, food being delivered to the wrong seats, and getting one person's food order flat wrong did not endear the table to the house. It was pretty bad, especially for a group of hot, hungry and tired people. But I would remiss if I didn't address the food, which really saved the experience from total catastrophic failure. I know the Mortons food items are rote for most steakhouses worth half a damn at this point, but they know that they're comforting and they do them well. The salad with blue cheese was delicious, even if the amount of fat on it gloriously stretches the definition of "salad". The creamed spinach, while not a knockout, was tasty and comforting. And, of course, the steak. I had a bone in ribeye, and it was absolutely delicious. Well seasoned, at the perfect doneness, with no sauce, butter or extraneous crap to distract you from the pure, delicious taste of fatty tender beef. Takeaways? Know what you're getting yourself in for. It's going to be the old steakhouse classics. If you're looking for something really innovative or something that caters will to vegetarians, look elsewhere. If you don't mind that the menu never changes from any of the other Mortons in the massive chain, and know that in the end what you're here for is good beef cooked well, this is an option.

Morton's is my secret shame, the place I shouldn't like but do, the Schmidt to my CeCe (yes a New Girl reference). Like pretty much all fancy steakhouses it's too expensive. Their drinks are way, way too expensive. They have pathetic salads. It is attached to the mall and shares a parking lot with DSW. It's supposed to be fancy but will undoubtedly feature some jeans/shorts clad patrons, a couple of which are bringing their fussy young children along. However, I love the steaks. An even sear all around with just a hint of char surrounding a deep pink center. The first cuts release a slow spring of jus. I'd say I've had around eight steaks here, with the only imperfection a porterhouse that was too rare. Much, much more than I can say for a lot of other steakhouses. Flavor is always at minimum very good, and occasionally phenomenal. Our last visit inspired a review update, with even my NY strip bowing to the flavor of an abnormally delicious filet. Wife also loves the seafood, and even though it's nothing complicated the flavor of the shrimp Alexander, crabcakes, and scallops are great. In fact she's the one pushing to go back here most of the time. They make a pretty mean souffle. Delicious whipped cream has a slight sugary crunch to it.

For an amuse-bouche of fine dining, and an excellent prime, dry aged steak, Mortons is the place to go. I like the "Frank Sinatra" atmosphere, with the double entrance that whisks you from a mall into a private, masculine setting with dark woods, quiet music, attentive service, and views into the kitchen. I've had most of their steaks, the best being the double porterhouse carved tableside, ordered by my girlfriend (now wife) for my birthday. Yum! I have also had on occasion the filet, new york strip, and ribeye both regular and 'blackened' (regular is better, the steak has plenty of flavor on its own). I'm least impressed by the weekend-only Prime Rib (which was huge, 22+ ounces and requires reservation). The sides always fresh and huge (read: sharable), and you don't need appetizers given entree portion sizes, but we have had shrimp Alexander which my wife is in love with, and the wedge salad is about half of a head of iceberg. Do save room for the renowned molten chocolate cake a la mode, even if it means packing up some of your steak - just make sure you reheat your leftovers properly, in a broiler not the microwave!! Update: This review was based on a dining experience back in mid-2011, I was just on a Yelp writing kick one day. Be warned that my most recent visit (different location) was not up to these same standards. I won't be back to any Morton's as a result but I won't change a positive review that I once had.

It was a great service experience, good value for the money, and romantic. My only complaint is that the bread was way too hard and over cooked. I would recommend it but stay away from the bread, after asking for a different one, it did not get softer.

Major rip-off, the food average or below average and they charge 5 times more, first we had to wait almost an hour for two steaks, it was alright nothing fantastic and end up with $200 bill and that will be ok if the food worth it but it is not, I would go to Sulivan steak house much better quality, Bottom line is Morton's stakehouse is the worse stake house ever run by scamming people.

Foul. Avoid this place unless paying money for butter cooked in butter is your thing. Everything I ordered (from the side of mushrooms to the undercooked slab of meat) was soaked in butter. Everything lacked any spice or pizzazz. (Prices are expensive, but that's a given for Morton's.) On the positive side, our server (Chinyeri) was great. Their other locations (San Juan, PR and Philadelphia, PA) are reportedly better. If you're an alcoholic, come here for happy hour as their cocktails are great - try their martini appletini! I had a Montevina white zinfandel which was smooth as silk.

It was a horrible dining experience. Ruined Mother's Day dinner. We waited over 1/2 hour just for the waiter to take our order. After 1 1/2 hours without drinks or entrees, I grabbed one of the managers that had been circling the dining room and begged for help. There were three managers circling the floor the entire time and not one stopped by to welcome us or check on us. Our waiter was completely MIA from the dining room. I think he was working another room and ours was his only table in our dining room. After I finally grabbed a manager when she walked by, another manager came over and apologized. He said that he would personally take care of us for the rest of the evening. We finally got drinks and entrees about 15 minutes later (well over 1 1/2 hours after being seated). Our orders were wrong. My son's entrée was wrong. My steak was cooked improperly - 1/2 was medium and the other 1/2 was well. I guess that's their definition of medium well. Some items were cold. We never saw the manager again. Our original waiter started taking care of us again. We were given the full bill - no offer of free drinks or desserts. When we left, no one said good bye or asked us how our meal was. Worst $200 dining experience I've ever had. We've been to Ruth's Chris and Capital Grill (both within a mile of Morton's) many times and have always been very pleased with the food and service. I will NEVER go back to Morton's again. As I've told this story to friends, I've heard from others that the Morton's in Philly has recently gone down-hill and that people have stopped going to that location as well. BTW - I responded to a survey from Morton's over a week ago with this information and have yet to hear from them.

Morton's is great! I always get the filet and it was like butter! Melted in my mouth. We are always so full so you don't need to order so much food! The service was excellent! Earl was our waiter and he was like a friend. We enjoyed it and look forward to going back!

I decided to check this place out last Saturday. I really was expecting another version of Ruth Chris, but my disappointment was a lot. The host was way too happy to see us, and asked if everything was "perfect" . Well the people at my table felt it was more like "it better be perfect". So no one said anything. The steaks were not cooked to order , and service was very slow. People who were seated after us were done and left, and we just got our entrees. The atmosphere is very stogy and dark. Deserts must be ordered at the beginning, as they are made fresh, which i think is a bit odd, as someone wanted to change their desert. Well if your that expensive of a restaurant, i would this would be planned, out better .Overall they are too nice, too disorganized, and more into wowing you then providing a reasonable experience . I think the whole crew needs to be retrained, including the chefs on steaks.

Overpriced, sub par food. The same steak is $10 cheaper at other steakhouses literally within a stone's throw of this place. Not worth it!

Yay!

Service was wonderful - the entire staff was very attentive. Meal was good, but didn't blow me away for the price.

FOOD POISONING ALERT!!! I specifically had oysters, filet mignon and creme brulee. Any place that gives me food poisoning, automatically gets a 1-star rating. Additional details: - My steak was chewy - Service was slow and non-attentive

Morton's is great! I always get the filet and it was like butter! Melted in my mouth. We are always so full so you don't need to order so much food! The service was excellent! Earl was our waiter and he was like a friend. We enjoyed it and look forward to going back!

Brought my husband to this particular location for his birthday for the double porterhouse. Not only was it cooked to perfection the waiter who carved it for us was pleasant and humorous.

A RIPOFF.

Cheers!
